Introduction

Company management is divided into two levels. The first level is decision makers-responsible for major decision-making and day-to-day co-ordinate and monitor management, composed by the general manager and another three deputy general managers who are in charge of sales, finance and production. The other one is executives-responsible for the implementation of management, formed by each department manager who should take final responsibility for its department.

Introduction:Introduction:Graduated from East China Normal University Social Psychology department in 1991 as Social Psychology Master ,engaged in furniture industry for 12 years , expert in furniture marketing and communication between clients, knows clients demands well . he is responsible for international market in Creation Furniture .

Introduction:Introduction:Graduated from Central South University of Foresty and Technology in 1991 with major of Furniture design, has been engaged in furniture design and furniture material study for 17 years, specialized in furniture design and furniture material . he is responsible for furniture design and new products development in Creation Furniture .
